PRIVATE

One to one private training designed for your personal needs and targets.

Choose where you want to do your training and your coach will guide you every step on the way, having all the attention you need. 

Your coach will design a program just for you by evaluating your needs and targets.

SEMI PERSONAL

Working with a small group of clients (5 people  in the same room). Customised fitness plan based on the clients fitness background, health issues, needs and personal targets.

Our coach separates all clients and gives them the guidelines of their daily fitness plan.

GROUP

Working with a group of 8 people in the same room. We offer you the opportunity to exercise whilst being with your friends, family or coworkers, getting fit together whilst having fun. Our coach works based on the clients fitness background, health issues, needs and personal targets.
